The Seller and Buyer share distinct responsibilities to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of the aerial work platforms.
The Buyer is obligated to adhere to the following repair and maintenance protocols:
Routine Maintenance Obligations
The Buyer must operate, store, and maintain the equipment strictly in accordance with the operation manual, industry standards, and environmental specifications. Regular inspections of critical components, lubrication, and replacement of wearing parts (e.g., filter elements, hydraulic oil, sliders, tracks, batteries) are the Buyer's responsibility. Failure to perform such maintenance may void warranty coverage.
Fault Reporting And Resolution
In the event of equipment failure, the Buyer must immediately cease operation and contact the Seller/manufacturer, providing proof of purchase, warranty documentation, and detailed evidence (e.g., photos, videos, fault descriptions). The Seller will assess whether the issue falls under warranty coverage. If covered, the Seller will supply free replacement parts and remote technical support. For non-warranty cases (e.g., human error, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters), the Buyer bears all costs, including parts, labor, and on-site service fees.
Non-Warranty Repairs
Repairs due to improper operation, negligence, abnormal conditions (e.g., extreme temperatures), or force majeure are chargeable. The Seller reserves the right to decline service if unauthorized repairs or modifications have been performed.
Preventive Maintenance Recommendations
To minimize downtime, the Buyer should schedule periodic professional inspections and use only Seller-approved parts for replacements. Proactive maintenance of consumables and adherence to operational limits are critical to avoiding unforeseen failures.
Post-Repair Protocol
Following repairs, the Buyer must verify equipment functionality and submit service feedback to the Seller. Retain all maintenance records for future reference and warranty validation. By fulfilling these obligations, both parties ensure compliance with safety standards and extend the equipment's operational life.
