The Seller is responsible for the design and manufacture of aerial work platforms; the Buyer is responsible for the storage, care, maintenance and operation of the machine and must use it in accordance with domestic and international industry standards and operation manual specifications.
Warranty Scope
The warranty scope usually includes the main components and key functions of the equipment, but does not include wearing parts, consumables or damage caused by external factors (such as natural disasters, force majeure , improper use, etc.).
During the warranty period, due to problems and failures of the product itself, the Seller will provide free repair parts and provide technical support to assist the Buyer in replacing parts.
If the equipment fails or parts are damaged outside the warranty period or due to improper human operation, force majeure, or natural factors, the Seller will charge a reasonable part fee.
If the Buyer needs on-site repairs, all expenses incurred shall be borne by the equipment purchaser.
Specific Exclusion Clauses
Man-made damage: Equipment damage caused by improper operation, negligence or intentional damage is not covered by the warranty.
Abnormal use: If the device is operated or stored beyond its designed range or environmental conditions (such as excessive temperature, excessive humidity, etc.), the resulting failure will not be covered by the warranty.
Natural disasters and force majeure:Equipment damage caused by natural disasters and force majeure is not covered by the warranty.
Wearing parts and consumables: Such as filter elements, hydraulic oil, engine oil , sliders, tracks, batteries and other wearing parts and consumables are not covered by the warranty terms.
Unauthorized repairs and modifications: If the equipment is repaired or modified without the authorization of the Manufacturer or Seller during the warranty period, it is not covered by the warranty and will affect its warranty eligibility.
Process Of Applying For Warranty Service
Contact the manufacturer: When a device fails, the Buyer should first contact the seller or manufacturer, explain the failure and provide relevant documents such as proof of purchase and warranty agreement.
Fault confirmation: The seller or Manufacturer will require the buyer to provide a detailed description of the equipment failure, photos or videos and other evidence in order to confirm the fault.
Repair or Replacement: Once the fault is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, the Seller will provide free repair parts and provide technical support to assist the buyer in replacing parts.
Acceptance and feedback: After the repair or replacement is completed, the Buyer should inspect the equipment to ensure that the problem has been solved. At the same time, the Buyer can also provide the Seller with feedback on the warranty service.
